    One sentence has nothing to do with the other...

     

    Good started game meaning low variance and can run higher with mediocre payouts.

     

    Max pay is different paragraph. Not applicable to game being a good starter.

    By Scratch Off cards I assume you means Scratchcards? Have you ever bought a scratchcard from a shop or a retailer if so then they are pretty much the same thing.

     

    If you haven't, how a scratchcard basically works is that you have a virtual card and you have to scratch off an area which could display symbols or amounts. Usually three matching symbols or amounts will win u a cash prize. However there's hundreds of different variants, but that's the basic jist of it.

     

    May I ask why it's Scratchcards your interested in?
