The number of times that I had chatted with their various chat hosts, none mentioned that the casino manager was not around, or was on his xmas holidays! I'm wondering now if he had decided to go on holidays today itself!

I will wait of course...there's nothing more I can do...but in my book, Grand Theft Casino has joined Mirax Casino as being unreliable and unfit for me to play at! One more bad experience that I will get rid off in due time.

Is Skrill prohibited in your country or you don't have it available as a withdrawal method in you casino cashier?

check If you have skrill as a deposit method if so you can withdraw as well with Skrill..   you have to make min deposit with it and verify it as your payment method and after it will show up there.

just ask them if wagering of your deposit is required as I did and get chat transcript from them

GTC is using the same lousy payment system as at Mirax Casino, where I could deposit via Skrill but cannot withdraw with it. Skrill option did not appear at all in the withdrawal section. Exactly the same thing now as at GTC...Skrill can deposit, no Skrill for withdrawal.

If I follow your suggestion of making a deposit via Skrill now, and then expect to see Skrill in the withdrawal section...no thank you! Most probably that won't happen. Unless it is confirmed by the casino manager himself, I will not trust their lousy payment system, not even one tiny bit!

found that the RTP for PnG slots at Wild Tornado is not showed when you click the ? but why would they not want to show it... like some other casinos do.... for example Book of Dead.... standard is 96.21% .. but at WildTornado when you inspect and know where to look you will find they are using the 94 version....

now as for NoLimit City games.... those you can see easily in the help files and are of the 94ish version.. 

here are some of the ones I have checked....

das xBoot 94.04% RTP (standard RTP is 96.05%)

dead canary 94.12% RTP (standard RTP is 96.02%)

fire in the hole 94.11%  (standard RTP is 96.06%)

I think this is a common happening at every casino, globally!

My best Asian Casino, for example, still shows the same old original RTPs for all the Playtech games, but I know for 100% sure that such casinos are using some other alternative methods of controlling and regulating the games. A.I is one good example. Not detectable, not stated or shown anywhere on the casino's website, but playing the games would show a great difference from how it was before.

Playtech did one more update last month (November), at many, if not all, of Asian casinos, and all my fav games have been playing like pure rubbish now! RTPs are still the same, but the games are not.

My point is, don't bother checking what RTPs the casinos are using! Just know for sure that no game is now playing, or paying, as before. PERIOD!

at Winz.io I took a look for Book of Dead and found it at 96....

the help file doesn't show the RTP like at another casino where it does but that is where the inspect browser has to be used to find out the RTP being really used.

going to add this in here, thus if 96 is the value then the RTP would be 96.21% at Winz

and WildTornado would have 94.25% since the value is 94.

YES! The AG Coin is now in my account! I must thank Violetta for speeding things up for me. As you know, the Casino Manager is on holidays, so it wasn't the Manager who sorted this matter out!

Nonetheless, I still need confirmation from the casino about making a withdrawal when no available option is there for me!

last year levelup used x3 wagering,  and unknown max cashout

For everyone's info, I have played my AG Coin and have 44 EUR in my balance for withdrawal. But what withdrawal? No option is available for me!

If I do make a deposit using Skrill, just to be eligible to make a withdrawal, but Skrill still does not show up as a withdrawal option, then I would lose my 20 EUR deposit for nothing!

Thinking now of playing my balance to zero, then closing my account...or not.

Has support confirmed whether or not it is going to be an option if you deposit then?
