Because max cashout was $1000. He had $1600 and they deducted $600.

just seems odd that you would threaten to close your account do you were fully aware there was a maximum cashout in place?

Actually I did read the terms. After I had my money taken. 
 

what casino gives $671 and has a 5x requirement and allows only $1000? Never seen that.

it says MAX WITHDRAWAL IS $1000…. Not true.
 

if I meet requirement and have 999…. It’s mine. If I turn that 999 into 10000, it’s mine.

Actually it’s not / if there’s a max cashout in place and you have not read the terms and conditions before you withdraw on purpose because you believe that you should be entitled to it, then I’m sorry but that’s rude!
