Please contact Skrill support and ask to change your wallet region according to your location inside the wallet settings ( change to European Union - Slovenia) 

 

I need help, it's about Rollers.io casino, I made a deposit with Skrill acount full verified when I wanted to transfer money cancel my withdraw resono- i ned on my Skrill acount written Slovenia -European Union. I cant do this manual i writh them but if I have Slovenia selected it is only in Europe I really don't know what is going on now I am waiting for Skrill's answer if there Can do it, cant you help me there, Tanks by

I sent them my account where my full address is, but next to the country it should say European Union, I don't know why they need this, but if my address is complete

Did you take bonus deposit? It doesnt look like you have broken any terms and its just verification issues. I believe it will be sorted on monday as its the weekend right now. 

How much is withdrawal amount?

Yes, my account was already full vericet and then they started complicating it with the addition of the European Union, I have not yet seen a document or paper where I should write this along with my full address, I think it's funny

As I can see, the issue is connected to the technical reasons. It has been recently transferred to the relevant team for checking. I'm sure that our specialist will soon fund the solution and your withdrawal will be processed

Its a technical issue. They had server issues recently. Johnnygotthebone also had a problem. It will be processed in near future I hope.
