Plz help me I put complaint in casino guru they rejected the complaint now I got ur website I have hope they closed case they rejected casino guru plz help me to recover 200000inr dispute money in acount they closed my acount permanently 200000 with in it no bonuses my money or anything before also I lost so much money in tht casino they say that I made so many accounts I don't no wht hapned I gave my card to my friend to play tht night they thought I'm frauding them they rejected withdrawal and they blocked my acount for few days now they closed it permanently plz help to recovery askgamblers team plz

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, this seems like a classic multiple-account violation.  Did you create more than one account or did your friend fund their account using the same card details registered to your winning account?

If so, it is a breach of the casinos' terms and conditions and I'm afraid there is nothing we can do.

Very sad to say, Jamea, that it looks like you have a lost case here. You have broken the casino rules by allowing your card to be used by your friend, even though your friend may have used his/her own casino account.

Transfering of funds between any 2 or more accounts is strictly forbidden.

Using funds not of your own is forbidden.

Using an account not of your own is forbidden. 

Using credit cards not of your own is forbidden. 

Etc, etc, etc...

Before you sign up to play at another casino, please do some research first. Google the casino name and read the reviews written. Avoid all casinos that have very bad reviews, or listed as scam or rogue casinos. Doing a little bit of research first will help you take the right steps forward!

Also, just as important, read and understand all the rules in each casino's Terms & Conditions. Each casino may have variations to the rules, so you need to know them in order to play safely and get your winnings without any problems.

A lot of new players are simply TOO LAZY OR TOO INDIFFERENT to do some prior research...they just want to play and win...and losing lots of money in the end!
