Ezugi problem

Hello!

I have the same problem like this Topic! I use HighStakes Casino to play blackjack.  All my winnings exist in the Ezugi history. The main problem is that support of Ezugi doesn't work. All my support tickets close after 24 hours automatically without any answer! 

What can i do ?  What can you recomend me to do ?

Hi AlexSuper, welcome to the forum.

Firstly, HighStakes Casino is not in Askgamblers directory of casinos, so we may not be able to give much, if any, assistance to your problem.

However, we do have some players here who may be able to give you some advice on Blackjack and/or Ezugi, but you need to give us more info on what went wrong and how. Did you play at its Live Casino or on a video game? Tell us what you were doing or betting when things started going wrong.

I played only live casino classic and unlimited blackjack (like Infinite Blackjack from Evolution). When I won, I lost winning dollars and bet dollars. It happened periodically and very often after double bet. I don't recommend anybody to use Ezugi provider. Their support don't work, you just can't contact them.

Usually, only casino staff would contact any provider when an issue has occurred. Providers, on the other hand, usually DO NOT entertain any emails directly from players, hence your tickets never got any response from Ezugi.

Have you contacted the casino staff about this matter and requested that they contact Ezugi for clarification and solution to your problem?

Of course, casino staff  just said  - "This kind of errors at casino games are really hard to investigate so I would just tell you to avoid mentioned game as resolving that issue will be hard even if they This kind of errors at casino games are really hard to investigate so I would just tell you to avoid mentioned game as resolving that issue will be hard even if they answer." 

or said:  "Sorry but no, we are all in same boat re issues with games."

Geees! Not the kind of answer anyone would expect, is it?

Providers can always check back every bet and every payout made in any of their game, so why couldn't they trace such errors?

Sounds very ridiculous to me! More like purposely wanting to ELUDE such resolutions and eat away on players money!

I don't agree. Just contact support inside "Crazy Time" game from Evolution and they will resolve all your problems. If you contact support inside BlackJack (live) game, they can just create ticket on the https://ezugi.worketc.com/

Probably like I've said earlier AlexSuper...Ezugi simply DO NOT WANT to entertain direct queries from players.

Maybe an ADR Provider may be able to help, but I really don't know.

I sent email to HighStakes support:

Do you have direct contact with Ezugi support?

And got answer:

Sorry but no, we are all in same boat re issues with games.

That is a shocking reply from the casino!

Can you talk us through your bets a bit more, what you had, what went missing etc etc.

Example:

I bet 25$ in the live casino blackjack of ezugi provider, then if i have best cards(like  11 ) I make double bet! After that your balance will change to -25$ like you lose, but you are winner in the history. Just check history Ezugi inside live game. So I have proofs(history of game) of my winnings, but I can't contact with support provider.

Hi! I have new details of my invistigation! HighStakes casino has problems(may be only technical)! It just rejects bets when you win with other providers also! I have support tickets from evolution provider, but HighStakes support doesn't answer, I think they know about their problems!

It's all up to the casino now...they can try to resolve this problem, or simply use their 'Malfunction voids all bets and wins' clause to escape from refunding your deposits and winnings. If HighStakes Casino is a reliable and reputable casino, they may try to help you out...if not, then it's probably a lost cause.
