accidentally broke terms of service

hi i have a question for you guys if you break the terms of service of an online casino without knowing it not anything juristiction related but accidentally when trying to have fun do something that isnt allowed according to t&c

 

do you think that there is anything to do about that or is is strictly t&c you're done for

yes ofcourse i deposited 100$ and got 100% bonus ontop of it i honestly thought to myself id play slots and hope for the best by collecting as many bonus rounds on pragmatic as i could with it and if i hit 0 play them out to see if i'd end up in profit apparently this is a whole thing that users do to void wager requirments by forfeiting the bonus but i didnt mean to do that i'd be perfectly happy with my wins and the wager requirment bc i won 400$ but the system automatically forfeited the bonus when i hit 0 causing the bonus rounds not to pay out to my balance as seen here:

 

the thing is though i reported it right after i played the first bonus and their terms of service is as followed :

5.4. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.

 

and i didnt know you couldnt do that

This is clearly fraud from your side. You are not allowed to take advantage of strategies like these. There is no way you are going to keep your winnings plus I dont think you will get your deposit back.

please do tell me how its fraud when i wasnt trying to do any strategy i wasnt trying to skip any wager requirment or anything
