tried using their responsible gambling page to take a timeout ,put in in a 48hour break then I logged back in and low and behold even their responsible gambling page doesn't work,they just let you play even after you have asked for a timeout,I've never seen that before

I've just checked and it seems to be working fine, this screenshot is standard for Jumpman Gaming Casinos

Also, @Hyena74 You should have access to live chat which is only for registered members. It should be in the contact us section when you are logged in only. Can you please check this , if there is no live chat we will need to update our review. But these Jumpman Gaming Casinos usually offer this service to registered members only.

2. Sumbit a Complaint (Please tap that to use the link)

3. Select Verification Issues from the list 

4. Read the instructions and click 'No I want to open a complaint' if you still need to

5.Fill in the details

6. Attach anything you have like your screenshots to give the team a better understanding on what is happening

7. Click Submit Complaint

You should then receive a message and email saying the complaint will be reviewed soon. 

Point 8 - STOP playing your balance!

did read the trustpilot reviews  absolutely horrific,I've no chance getting my money back.one point I'd like to make is askgamblers knows what these people are doing but,still promote their websites??finally I think I got my complaint submitted

I'm writing this complaint because elfslots refuse to verify my account. I have sent all you've.asked for,you asked for bank statement which you verified but my address is clearly visible on it as well but you unverified that?how can that be?just tell me what you want me to send you and I will,gladly,some of the things you asked for I didn't understand, like Mobile payment?payment of what
