Lets get this straight...

Is your address now the same as the one you had used during registration at the casino? If yes, what document was used to get it verified back then? If it was a bank statement, then there's no reason why they couldn't accept it this time around...unless they are purposely playing delaying tactics!

If your bank cards are from the same bank where your account is, are still valid and not expired, once again, delaying tactics!

Thirdly, are  you using the same IP address as when you first played? If also yes, then things are pretty obvious!

yes afi to all 3 questions. they verified my account with my bank statement, cards are all fro the same bank I've been with them years and yes my I address is still the same,plus waiting to get this sorted my money is getting lower and lower,do you think that's their plan?

once you are done come back here and it will make more sense why you getting all this delay tactics etc.

they are doing this to hundreds and thousands of others.

Without any doubt mate...they're purposely delaying everything...hoping you'd get so fed up, reverse your withdrawal, play, and lose everything! There are many casinos that use these tactics to save their money and ease their cashflow burden.

I myself have gone through similar situations before...reversed, played, and lost all...but then I hit back by closing my account at all such casinos...you should do the same...BUT ONLY AFTER you've got your money! 😉

They don’t have live chat do they? You need to find out many documents they need. But you can still submit the complaint on the basis they are refusing your documents 

 

yes  they do want me to upload everything.ive uploaded everything I had but apart from my address they refused every single thing,even the cards I used to deposit, that I thought was really weird
