Is your address now the same as the one you had used during registration at the casino? If yes, what document was used to get it verified back then? If it was a bank statement, then there's no reason why they couldn't accept it this time around...unless they are purposely playing delaying tactics! If your bank cards are from the same bank where your account is, are still valid and not expired, once again, delaying tactics! Thirdly, are you using the same IP address as when you first played? Without any doubt mate...they're purposely delaying everything...hoping you'd get so fed up, reverse your withdrawal, play, and lose everything! There are many casinos that use these tactics to save their money and ease their cashflow burden. I myself have gone through similar situations before...reversed, played, and lost all...but then I hit back by closing my account at all such casinos...you should do the same...BUT ONLY AFTER you've got your money!
