Jump man casinos are regulated my the UKGC so please be aware there will be some weird document requests. How more atrocious can a casino be, right? Have you tried contacting them using their online Contact Form at their casino website? As a registered member some of their casinos offer live support - which one are you playing in? And in regards to the verification - so the proof of iD with the green tick - what was that? And the bank statement you sent, was it within the last 3 months? Did you send a photo of a paper copy that definitely had your address on? I know my online ones don't have my address on. Also - do you have a utility bill you can send them for proof of address? I know how hard it is because I struggle myself for proof of address as I don;t really have paper bills for anythinf anymore. But anyway, let us know some answers to these questions and I can further assist you. Flatzem Posted January 21, 2022 Share Posted January 21, 2022 trustpilot has 1 review about elfslots on Nov 24, 2021 and says: "I used to love this site but for no reason they locked my account avoid the support never reply" also take a look at Jumpman Gaming on trustpilot.... 188 out of 202 are bad reviews. one review on trustpilot about jumpman says "Absolutely awful website. Will refuse documents several times for no reason until you threaten them with the GC and remind them of the fine they've had before for withholding withdrawals unfairly." It will be sorted out. You haven't done anything wrong. Verification delay is normal. Please dont cancel your withdrawal and play with your funds and lose them in desperation. You can - but first - is your proof of address within 3 months? Sorry just trying to figure out why it’s being rejected first. If it is and the photo is clearly visible with all 4 corners showing then yes please submit a complaint here because they should be accepting it.
