I have been waiting five days and just getting excuses

Hi , I joined Pulp Casino and deposited £80 to take up the offer of 400% bonus . All was fine and I had £169 in the account when i decided to withdraw. Thats when the problems started. That was on Saturday. I went on to the online chat as after this happened all my pages on the website became blank the money is not showing yet they are telling me its there . I cant deposit nor can I play . I have had very poor help from three different agents on there who have first said  it will be fixed asap (Its not) they say they can see I have £169 but nothing is showing on their website . Its been five long days trying to get my money back and just get the same every time I go on to live chat ? I am worried now I have lost my money :(  Can anyone advise me ?

Hi and welcome to the AG forum. What do you mean it is showing as blank? Do you mean in your actual casino account?

Can log into the casino, but the pages are blanks? Sounds very dodgy indeed, but it could also be due to technical issues with the casino's system.

I went to check out this site and at the bottom of the page tried to click on Curacao seal. Clicked on it about 4-5 times. Then pressed hard on the seal and it shows 'open image in new tab'. Guess what it's just an image of Curacao seal. That's it. No company info, no owner nothing. If you are getting fooled by sites like these you should not be gambling+complaining.
