Hallo,

hat seit letztem Freitag keine Auszahlungen mehr genehmigt. Ich habe den Support wiederholt kontaktiert und sie antworten, dass sie Probleme mit dem Anbieter haben und sie möglicherweise innerhalb dieser Woche beheben.

Your withdrawal is still pending and will be processed right after issue fixing.

The payment processor has contacted us and informed us that they have some minor technical issues on their side. We are awaiting the problem to be fixed soon.

However, there are no specific time frames, we are waiting for the answer on when this will be fixed.

Sorry for the delay, Your patience is much appreciated!

The issue should be resolved within this week, hopefully.
