Money fraud? Dundle/Neosurf/Slothunter

Hi everyone. I'm here to show you my experience from the last two weeks, maybe get any help from community.

I opened an account at slothunter casino which is part of the n1 interactive. I decided to put some money in and use the new user deposit bonus. I tried via couple of deposit methods but noone works for me. I found neosurf one. I bought voucher for 15 euro from the dundle service, other one i recieved from dundle points (5 euro). After the payment there was a short delay i was waiting couple minutes which was first time because i get them instantly. After that i opened casino and through their deposit Ive entered the codes. Nothing happened, money Has been credited from vouchers but casino didnt credit them. I spoke so many times with casino live chat about this case but everytime they were telling me to wait, they are investigating the case. After few days i have been informed that:

"Dear Player,

We got answer from payment provider:
The customer has attempted to top up there MyNeosurf account on the payment page (possibly to use 2 smaller voucher for a larger deposit), the customer has successfully entered there credentials however due to compliance and KYC the account is currently blocked, please advise the customer to contact us to find out further on [email protected] where our customer support team will be happy to be of assistance to him."

After that i contacted neosurf and again after couple days i have been informed that: 

"

Hi,

thankyou for your reply.
We have looked at Voucher serial number 87286076 and 87286759 and can see they were used on the  19.10.21 at PAY (Service 122256056).
 If you have not used your voucher on this site and think you have been defrauded we recommend that you report your experience to your local online fraud agency or your local police service. 
Neosurf will process any police requests for information that will help their investigation.
 If you have further questions please reply directly to this email, including the original text and the Ticket Number.

Best Regards Susan".

I'm thinking about the police service but dont expect a lot. The worst thing is that neosurf same as casino they just contacting me When im pushing to IT and always waiting like 3/4 days for a single message, needed to explain same things couple of times. I only entered the codes through their website deposit so there was not possible to lost them, get stolen.

I got bad Experience with n1 interactive after my winnings at betamo.

My deposits to the n1 interactive(spinia and n1casino) through the revolut Has been in pending status for couple of hours and no one from the support wanted to help me and now this thing...

Any idea? Do i have any move to get my money back? I got couple of logs from chat i got emails.
