Jokaviproom.co site is down

Hi for last 2 days the jokaroom site has been down and unable to withdraw my money.  Customer support are of no help saying either to check in a hour or that there is no eta when things will be restored.  Is this normal?

It looks like they are upgrading their site as well as carrying out maintenance. You shouldn't be worried.

Hey there @Haveaslap and welcome to AskGamblers Forum  

I can see the Operator mentioned in your post is still under maintenance. So yeah, you should worry about it, simply because no Operator who's having some self-respect would allow their web to be offline for more than 12 hours ( unless you are called FB of course  ). 

Sincerely hope they will resume operations very soon.
