ROULETTE GAME RULE

Hi,

On roulette game bet over 30 numbers out of 37 with different stakes with real money (or) bonus money is it acceptable bet(or) not...

Universal game rules:

1)high risk then high return

2)low risk then low return..

3)more winning chances then low return(betting stake value high but return is low)

4)lower winning chances then high return..(betting stake value is low but return is high)

Example:

A)on roulette game if I place bet 1/36 then if won profit:35X

if loss :1x

B)at the same if I place bet 35/36 then 

if won profit:1x only but if I loss then loss is:35X

just my dought is:

1/35 and 35/36 these two strategy are allowed are not to play on ROULETTE even if play with bonus also..

please ask the best professionals and just answer me....
