Moonpay via stake mission go deposit

I can’t find any info about this anywhere else but can I submit a complaint about moonpay via my casino on askgamblers? Moonpay is my casinos provider for fiat to crypto for deposits and my deposit never made it to my wallet. My own casino said I need to check with moonpay, that there’s nothing they can do, however I haven’t received any response from moonpay since I contacted them a week ago so I’m left with no help from anyone.
