Totally dissapointed from AskGamblers

Hello there,

 

My name is Omer, and i have been scammed by an online casino named cslotv.com.

 

After i contacted a lawyer, he recommend me to post an complaint on AskGamblers, and that's what i did.

 

After few days, AskGamblers rejected my complaint even due ive added an screenshots and proof that clarify my complaint.

 

I tried to send an emails, and a staff member named Danny  said to me that they dont accept my complaint.

 

I am very dissapointed from this.

 

A site like AskGamblers has a duty to provide necccesary information and aware people of Scam sites such as cslotv.

 

It also has a duty to help people who have been scammed.

 

I still doesent believe how can AskGamblers staff members can look theirself in the mirror after allowing such scam artist stealing money from people.

 

There is no words how i feel toward the staff who did nothing to help me.

I am a player at Cslotv casino and I have played at almost all their sister sites. I did read your post regarding Cslotv casino and I would like to point out that in march all casinos operated by Avento NV did send and email that their loyalty system would change and players would lose their status. Loyalty points would be reset and maximum cashback a player can get is €3000 no matter what your status or how much you loose. This cashback is calculated the level you reached previous month. Your second part of complaint regarding withdrawal it clearly states that if your withdrawal is more than 50000 roubles or €1000 your gaming logs will be checked and this could take almost 48 hours. Also since you made only two deposits your account must have taken atleast 2 to 3 days to get verified. Most importantly what deposit method did you use. If you used card or bank transfer it takes upto 3 to 7 days to receive funds (excluding werkdays) so that explains your withdrawal time.

Hi Omer! I think the only possible reason why the Askgamblers Complaint Team had to reject your official complaint submission is simply because Cslotv.com Casino is not listed in Askgamblers casinos directory, meaning, Askgamblers do not as yet have any mutual agreement with that casino to get assistance for members.

However, I'm not a staff here, so that's purely my personal opinion. There may be other reasons why your complaint has been rejected, but only an admin staff, like Valdes, can give you straight answers. Just hold on...I'm sure you'll get a reply from an admin soon enough.

Thanks bro! No wonder I couldn't find that Cslotv.com Casino under the casino reviews section! Omer should have stated SLOTV Casino instead. 😜

Have already responded to your forum PM, but for the sake of transparency and clarity, here's why your complaints (5 actually, all referring to the same issue, all posted between March and August 2021) were rejected by the AskGamblers Complaint Team.

1/ You failed to provide valid evidence containing all the details of the disputed offer (11% cashback with 3x WR) such as when you got that offer, by whom, what are the terms attached to that offer, etc, etc... Hope you do realize that it is next to impossible to conduct a fair and thorough investigation without being fully aware of these crucially important details about the disputed cashback offer.

2/ You failed to provide valid evidence that could back up your accusations that the Operator added/changed/amended the disputed term (max allowed cashback is 1000 EUR) retroactively, meaning, they changed the offer terms after you accepted the aforementioned offer and lost your money. 

If you have all the evidence mentioned above, please feel free to submit a new AGCCS case and I'm pretty sure our Complaint Team will accept it and give it a go. Keep me posted. 

Strongly encourage you to refrain from throwing harsh words at our Complaint Team, simply because the AGCCS stats say it all and yes, we have no issues looking at ourselves in the mirror. 

If you want to get some help, make sure to put your emotions aside and to focus on providing the requested evidence and details.

Hello dear Blackjaw,

I posted complaint on March. it was rejected.

Recently i tried to re-post my complaint but it was rejected for no reason at all.

It will very frustrated when a respectful casino monitor as AskGamblers act that way.

If anyone knows who i can contact in order to upload my complaint - i will thank you alot.

I want this complaint to be on AskGamblers. i also doing other measures against the scam site cslotv.com.

I didnt meant to hurt anyone persionally when i wrote "looking in the mirror".

But you must understand that for other players, askgamblers and other monitors are the main option to post their complaints against scam artists.

It also has a duty of warning other potential players from being cheated.

Omer, maybe you missed out on some important points raised by Valdes, as regards to why your complaints were rejected. Anyway, here's the main points again, so if you can resubmit all the necessary documents as listed below, then the Complaints Team would surely be glad to assist you out.
