Ridiculous Document Requests Developing at Some Casino's

Recommended Posts

i'm starting to notice some ridiculous requests for documents at various casino's photogenic requests for card images after they've

been sent 1200dpi scans and this is without a withdrawal just to update what's even more ridiculous is one place is a place i've been

with for over 10 years and the document they've asked for they've already approved in the past twice and this is just to sort out a deactivation

its like who gives a stuff its in the bin nobody cares while this one casino is harping on about some dead debit card i've been to three others I handed

them imagery and quality to frame on the wall just disgusted with my main at the moment over a dead card that's already been approved .

I've heard of others having to put up with this kind of nonsense now I'm seeing it for myself between the lowered RTP requirements in Malta

, the A.I anomaly , and now places that request photo masterpieces with numbers blocked out that you would have to use a program like photoshop

to do which I know how to since I'm a graphic artist among other things but to the average person out there would be like wtf ? its just .....getting way

too much I've been in the game a while and gotta tell ya guys seriously thinking about hanging the guns up myself .

You are not alone mate! I too had to endure such nonsensical requests some months ago from 2 casinos...one Dama owned and one N1 owned.

I've been a member at that one Dama casino for well over 5 years, had my account verified on 2 previous occasions, but the last request was for photographic proof of all my documents, no longer accepting anything scanned or in pdf format. My argument about paperless statements was not accepted, so I got infuriated and immediately requested for closure of my account...it's now closed permanently.

The other N1 owned casino, on the other hand, was more reasonable, and finally approved my documents after some days of 'sleeping over it'.

For me, I always stand my ground. Push me and I'll punch back! 😜

I just can't get over the arrogance and stupidity I'm dealing with at the moment its like Videoslots has some headless chickens over there the debit card was verified

and now their not satisfied with 1200dpi from a brand new device just bought this Hp6420e all for their precious quality and verification so your telling me I need to grab

a 2,000 dollar camera lol and take an HD shot yeah ill just ask angels like Rhianna to come along for a shoot while im at it ....

actually .....sdam good idea :D

Depends where you play as well

Anywhere that has Malta in the name are clueless; they must have some of the worst legal teams going with some of the stuff they ask for (either incompetent or, possible genius's); from document requests that aren't needed through to SOW; they're a joke (not all, most though)

Go UK bookie wise and you, 99% of the time don't get it - they don't even ask for copies of debit cards etc, let alone expired ones. People will say 'ah but you get an impersonal experience at the big boys' - so what, better than trying to find out where the card that expired in 2012 is from some 2 bit clip joint.

I remember this trend of stupid document requests starting and it's just getting worse, Years ago it was so simply to verify, nowadays they may as well say you need to conplete a ninja course in 2 minutes to get your cash, That would probably be easier than some requests in fact.

Requesting photos of the verification paperwork is now getting a standard practice for all/most Curacao licensed Operators... or least for the best part of it operating under the Dama license.  That's not a reason to worry or get too suspicious, it's just due to the fact that the meta data containing in the pics is holding so much additional info such as date, time, device, etc etc and the Operator can easily determine and / or recognize potential fraud.

Still, if the Operator is going beyond the reasonable verification requirements and these are not listed within the terms, you know the drill @RazorX, just use AGCCS. ;)

I took the short route this round closed the account after many twists and turns time to throw the towel in lets see who bothers with photo verification raising

some standards and lowering others its laughable lol glad im getting out of the game just too much nonsense these days .

I'll vouch for one place at this point in Malta Betsson but outside of that [shakes head] "we" are looking at different jurisdictions my network synergy voted to stay even

after the RTP lowering requirements but the tightening of  the screws and no movement towards compensating the lowered standards with bonuses and a whole heap of other

issues like professionalism , poor management skills , and greed over high standards led to this moment .

Personally I'm only remaining briefly to guide my network then I'm going back to other I.T and Science Pursuits which I can make a lot more money from and its not a case

of yeah ill be back later I won't in this case if standards improve and become more realistic ill consider it down the track but currently performing molecular research which

is a gamble on its own peace all keep looking for high RTP percentage Casino's (verified by e-cogra) , good reputations , and even new Jurisdictions that have higher standards

and actively monitor their casino's with reporting don't settle for substandard Casino's seek only quality and trusted establishments .

Peace all !

As long as Unibet are around (touch wood) the rest can fall for all i care - the proliferation of rubbish white label casinos (you know, the ones the media companies are setting up with no clue on how to run) seems to have plateaued, which is a bonus.

The quality of casinos over the last 5 years especially has taken a nosedive - even the previous good ones have all dipped (Betat - fell off the map with their godknowswhat goings on, Casumo)

What irks me is that casino's feel as if they can operate without consequence. -due to being based abroad, knowing folk have no real comeback (seen 'top rated' casino's simply ignoring ADR rulings etc), some just think they can do what they want - to an extent they can: look at some of the complaints of folk playing at dodgy clip joints; throw people a 200% bonus and they'll give you the cash, so players, in some respects, only have themselves to blame for feeding the beast.

Like i said, i mainly play now just at Unibet and as long as they're about and keep the same standard they've set, i'll continue to play. I've more/less ditched Malta with their 'it's the UKGC's fault' (not on this occasion, no, it's you guys)

No offence to the guys at places like L and L/Slotsmillion but when some folk think they're good/great you know the bars been set so low you'd need to be good at Limbo to get by it.

I was speaking to a casino 'guy' and said to them: why are you telling me you MUST SOW me when the likes of Unibet/Bet365 etc etc haven't in x5 deposits? All they said was 'i can't speak for other companies' - which is fair enough, but surely that tells you 1. Either they know what they're doing 2. They're all breaching reg's etc (could be 3. they accept greater risk ) - the SOW's even more annoying here as some places clearly do not even know the rules for A. When to perform and B. What to do when someone laughs at them and goes 'No'.

Lots of casino's using the UKGC here as the bogeyman (albeit they don't help)

When folks' have questions about slots, all you get is 'over billions of spins' and 'the slots are tested' - funny how the testing houses never picked up on major issues with BTG's Wild Flower and missing jackpot symbols :-p.

Slots are weird - you buy food and u can see what makes it up; with slots it's all a bit 'Wizard behind the curtain' 😛
