Vegadream breaking their own terms and conditions

So I could'nt find the casino in your list to leave a review, so I do it here until it gets accessable in the casino list. 

Im from Sweden. 
I made an account on vegadream and got my first deposit bonus, so far all good. 
When I did my second deposit I was denied the second deposit bonus, with livechat saying "it isnt avaliable for swedes". 

The thing is that it doesnt say anywhere in their terms and conditions, nor in the promo section  that sweden is excluded for the second welcome bonus. 
From Casinodaddy affiliate manager I was told that this is "because of the swedish gambling laws and the casinos terms with trustly", if this is correct or not I cant tell. 

But the bottom line, I didnt get what the welcome promotion offered (yes, it was possible for me to even check the square to accept the offer upon my second deposit), and it didnt say anything in their terms about sweden was excluded. 

I will also make it clear, that live chat told me to send an email to their "team" and they would reach out to me. 
I denied that. 

1. I havent break any terms, and I reached out to livechat. If they want to help me, they can contact me, I shouldnt have to chase them when they did wrong.
2. At that point it wasnt longer about the bonus itself, but more about them breaking their own terms. 
3. I am not the only swede that will encounter this. 
4. Even if the would compensate me in someway or another, I have a hard time believening they will "reach out" to everyone doing this, since I was asked to contact them, and not vice verse.

As far as I was aware, I thought all welcome bonuses were banned in Sweden?  Are they not?

Hello, and thanks for moving my post to relevant section. I wasnt sure where to post it. 

Regarding bonuses there is a restriction in Sweden, but only for casinos that have a swedish license where it is 100% match (or equaleant in freespins) up to 100SEK ~€10. 
In this case regarding vegadream casino, they dont have a swedish license and are operating on their MGA license. 

Do you know if this casino will be added to the casino list on askgamblers btw?

I believe Vegadream belongs to Gammix ltd that has a few casinos like Scatters casino, crazeplay, cashimashi and locowin. I think we have them on our AG site and Vegadream might be added but only time will tell.

But you havent mentioned in your post what you want. Do you want to do a complaint against them for accepting swedish players or do you want your money back that you lost.

I simply want to make a review so that potential other swedes know what they get and not. In my case it was only a €25 deposit that would have given me 200%, for others that can be a lot more.
And now when I see "crazeplay casino" in that list, Im not surprised this is happening. It has happend before to me with an similour thing, but on crazeplay casino.

So you got burned by the same management twice. Next time when you sign up on a casino just click on that MGA license logo and it will take you to their license registrar and you can see all casinos part of that group.
