MichelKesin Posted June 18, 2021 Share Posted June 18, 2021 I tried opening an account a couple hours ago, I'd say around 11pmish. I deposited $50 to play some poker and try out the slots. Fast forward an hour and a half, I got a notification saying the payment went through. I tried to login and it wouldn't let me. I know it wasn't an error on my part, Google saved the password and email. I tried to reset the password and the links would always redirect me to a page that didn't work. The webpage wouldn't show up at all. After multiple attempts at resetting my password, I decided to contact support, to which the agent told me I have multiple accounts on my IP, which sounded insane considering I made the account a couple hours ago. They told me they tracked 63 accounts which baffled me. The agent then told me my account was permanently closed, I'm waiting for the upcoming email to get my refund.
