Every bonus offer at every casino would state the minimum required deposit amount to claim a bonus offer, and the equivalent of the different currencies would also be indicated in its Bonus Terms. This is a standard practice.

Its fine.

I play in ZAR, however sometimes the amount in zar is way more than minimum USD and Euro.

No problem, better than you know where you stand in terms of how much is neccesary to claim a bonus.

I think the only problem I have is the High Deposit requirements for 50 or 100 spins or even 50% bonus or something. and x35 both D+B is alot of wagering tb and they give you only 1 day to wager the bonus.
