Deliberately not paying

Recommended Posts

I made a withdrawal from a well known online casino money went in no problem in 3 days,8 days later I tried another which was approved two weeks later still no payment so I talked to chat had to send proof it wasn’t paid which I did money was returned to my account with no reason why it wasn’t done.so I tried again got approved got a email from the vip saying it’s all good so I email back asking how long till I get my money and how come it didn’t go through the first time 1week later no answer talk to chat again excuse was trouble with bank transfers to New Zealand players which is rubbish that’s how I’d done them for ages.I think this was a deliberate muck around so eventually I would play out the money and they wouldn’t have to pay. Does anyone have any clue if I can try to get the money back the whole reason I wanted withdrawn was so this didn’t happen

many help/advice would be appreciated

Hi Bigsi3 ,

I see this is your first post being from New Zealand as well I'm well aware of all the tricks that are tried in the jungle that is the gambling world

and as tough as it can be the idea is to hold back from making a quick decision and it just so happens that there is a really nice complaints system

here at Askgamblers couldn't have come to a better place .

The only trouble there is with bank transfers to New Zealand is most that claim that there is have a slight case of "BS'Itis" and need a slap around the head

: yep sounds like you've been given the run around if the bank withdrawal stalls go for a card withdrawal use a visa .....if they reverse the money don't be tempted

to fall into the obvious trap its the oldest one in the book to get a player to keep playing .

But the main thing is keep your head about you keep polite and keep screenshots of conversations , emails , and as much evidence as you can and submit a complaint

here at Askgamblers.com submit that complaint bro and stand your ground .

Again Welcome to AG mate .

Do you have skrill or neteller? Try depositing €20 with skrill or neteller and then withdraw funds to it.

Hey there @Bigsi3 and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum. :)

Indeed, there's a chance your delayed payment to be just one of the many delayed bank wire transfers to players from New Zealand. Why this is still happening seems to be unclear, yet, although the problem is well known for years. Still, you'd better give the Operator a few days to sort this out and if they fail, well, strongly encourage you to consider the idea of using AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino complaints Service/. More about how to use it here

Also, don't forget to read carefully all the AGCCS Guidelines and make sure to adhere to them. For more information how to use AGCCS, please visit our Knowledge Base.
