@Waxman710  I've just checked the paytable of the game and it shows a max win of only 2,250x, so your 13,690x win was definitely a MALFUNCTION, hence your complaint was rejected, and hence Bitstarz paid you only $27!

As I said - please make a new complaint and include your game logs and it will be accepted. 
 

I said in your other topic if this is a malfunction which I expect it to be then BitStarz should realise this and tell you.

However, I see from Afi’s screenshot above that the answer has already been given. I would have expected BitStarz  live chat to figure this out to prevent all this.

I just figured the max multiplier was for 1 spin i played 2x 12 progressive  spin rounds . 

 

Is that not the way it works ? Truly unsure
