L&L (NoBonusCasino) are being a little over-reaching in their document requests...

I've already sent them pay slips, utility bills, from Jan to March of the account I use to deposit with them with, photos of cards that are 3 years old and have since expired and now today this has come back.

Am i right to think they're being a little over-reaching with this request?

They are full of Nonsense to be honest. I was verified at Yako casino - Suddenly when I made a withdrawal, had to go through verification again.

Suddenly the docs provided are not sufficient , and I just left it and not play there anymore.

I mean made deposits with Bank Transfer instant deposits - I did not use E-wallet for the last 2 years, however when I used it, I verified it then as I made withdrawals with e-wallets.

I used to be a fan of them but accounts sitting dormant there after they started asking for bank statements etc for relatively low levels of deposits. They are one that use a threhold to request SOW, and it seems a low one as well, so it's just there, unable to play any games.

To be honest i'd stopped playing often there after the constant levels of bugs/glitches on the site as well.

They should use discretion depending on your risk level - for lowish deposit levels, a redacted payslip probably suffices, not a full credit assessment involving your bank account.

The photo's of cards aren't even a regulatory requirement - it's just something that some casino's ask for and some who don't (mainly UK based sites who don't). Asking for ones 3 years ago is a joke tbh.

Very true, the website's a bit of a glitchy mess; plus, every other time i was taking a bonus or had FS there was always an issue that had to go to live chat.

They brought out Race which was so much a beta site it shouldn't have been released IMO - put me off playing there from the off.

Think lags bad there, be glad u don't have william hill - one of the worst out; and for a big UK bookie, pretty shocking
