mogsmum Posted March 15, 2021 Share Posted March 15, 2021 Hi can anyone give me some advice? I have been playing on Rainbow Riches Casino which is operated by Gamesys. Been playing a few months and am part of their Plus (VIP scheme). Have deposited around £6000 and had regular chats with their VIP team. Last week mid play my account was closed out of the blue. No one will tell me why. I was told originally it was because no one could contact me which is nonsense. The week before I had spoken to the VIP team and since that call there's been no emails or missed calls on my phone. When I contact them on live chat I'm told someone will get back to me but no one ever does. I'm pretty annoyed at how it was done. My other account is one is with betway. Surely any checks should have been done before they allowed me to deposit such large sums of money and I would like to know what the issue is. I'm verified at betway and have had no issues but I am worried about depositing there incase the same happens. Is there some sort of list of banned players I will be on?
