Storyworthy experience you had at a land based casino

We all must have played at a land based casino at some point. The thing which is different at land based casino is pretty obvious starting from a lot of people, bad rtp, angry customers, bad internet causing games to spin slow etc... etc...

But since there are people stories are bound to happen. Please tell your  entertaining/funny story. Here is mine.

So I was playing at a land based casino during my first year of gambling at land based casino  about 6 years ago. There used to be a engineer who used to come to check the working of machines. They games were downloaded on pc and every pc had an ID. It was my first few months playing at casino so I would be the first customer at casino and became friends with the operator. The Engineer had come for inspection and the operator pointed at me and told the engineer to run the inspection on my pc while he restarted other pc's. I saw he wasnt doing anything and hitting random keys. The engineer asked me how was the game. I said good. He asked me how is the internet working and I said fine. He asked me if I was winning any money. I said I started gambling 3 months ago but I am losing most of the times and same with everyone. He said good. The Machines are working fine. Picked up his stuff made a bill and left. I just wanted to punch him but now I laugh about it. Should have understood you usually lose at land based because of low RTP.

Oh man got couple of those stories. 

1. Friends and I decide to go to the casino. (Big one with more than 1000 slot machines, tables, poker tables etc) So anyway we pay in order to get in a particular amount. Later we decide to go to the bar. While we drinkin we see a customer playing a slot machine. While playing he manages to hit a full screen of oranges. Outcome: 5 euros. 

Customer: 5 euros ?? 5 euros huh? F@@ your mother's p@@

Immediately unleashes his drink on the slot machine. Breaks the glass screen. Slot goes off. 

Immediately, management comes in a matter of seconds, they just stare at him. 

Customer: Gimme me a handkerchief, to clean this mess. The win was so high oranges spilled out of the slot. 

P.s the same player won a jackpot like a week later. (1.5k)

Another story. 

Same casino. We are playing konami slots.  Behind us there is an old couple (60+ years old). Woman is playing and the husband goes and asks for money. The woman denies. Husband without a warning goes off! Swearing like a maniac while trying to take her purse. Immediately gorillas come around. The husband gets escorted out of the casino. 

Another story. 

Guy steps into the casino. Sits on 2 slot machines. Puts 1k on both slots. Plays on 20 euro bet. After 30 minutes. 30k win on one slot. 35k on the second. Management comes. Tries to verify the win. Legit. Guy gets the money in a bag and just never came. 

 

Ps. All these happened many years ago. Personally I haven't been in any landbased casino for more than 5 years. Best choice I ever took.

@kayenne23 first story was hillarious.

In my land based we had only playtech slots on pc downloaded via software. Once a guy lost money so he uninstalled the entire software. The operator found out after another player said he cannot find desktop icon to launch game.

Phew.. At least he didn't smash the pc. Where you from? Cause this tactic is quite popular here as well from what I heard but here they are unlicenced so it's pretty much illegal.

@cocopop3011 if you want to go to a land based go afternoon and wait for a  slot machine where someone has lost. But wait for the person to leave the casino. They say in landbased you win after someone has lost. Maybe an urban legend.

But people who lose get mad if you win on their machine. But do try landbased.

No matter what any legend may say, no matter what other people may say, winning on a losing machine is purely on each individual luck!!! I myself have tried this donkey years ago, at land-based arcades and casino, and believe me, it never worked for me!

I'm sure this will be quite a common one, but lady luck works in mysterious ways it seems.... when I was in Budapest playing at the Blackjack table, I went up from £50 (or whatever it is in those crazy Forints to some quite ridiculous amounnt of chips, before losing them all right back down to  my last chip. I decided to play the last chip anyway... what good was it on its own. Bam, Blackjack. Popped my winnings on the spot, BAM, second blackjack ... put it all on the spot once again, 20 vs a dealer A... sure I was gonna be SOL.. nope, dealer bust. To cut a long story short, my incredible run of just letting it ride continued for about 10 hands until I was back up to around 500£ worth of chips ... I decided to walk at that point, I wasn't much up from what I'd started at the table with, but damn, just when you think your evenings over, the craziest things can happen!
