If Imcross the state line and make a bet in neighboring PA, can I withdraw my winnings in NY?

I live in NY and PA is close by. Wanted to cross the line into PA and make an online bet “fandual or draftkings” and watch the game back home. Do I have to drive back to PA to collect my winnings? Thanks

Not sure but sounds as some 'fantasy sport' question and tbh, we have quite a modest experience when it comes to this particular part of the iGaming world as we deal mostly with online casinos and slots.
