Pending withdrawal on Casumo

Hi there,

I requested a withdrawal on Casumo 2 days ago, yet it's still pending and it's been 52+ hours since. I requested it on saturday early morning, so it could be because of the weekend. Would anyone  know if they don't work on weekends?

 

I do know that it can take 0-72 hours, it's stated on their website, but they do say it usually take much shorter time. I'm starting to get worried.

The withdrawal just got accepted, I guess it was due to the weekend.
