Is this a dodgy casino?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I joined a new casino called mrsloty.com and I’ve made quite a few deposits and which has made me a VIP - but no withdrawals because I haven’t won. I understand it’s about luck so no complaints about that BUT then I did have an opportunity to win when I was playing The Dark Knight and I won the free spins feature at £4 a spin.

As the free spins were loading the game crashed and reloaded and a pop up appeared saying the game had been interrupted and gameplay will resume. It didn’t. It went back to the normal gameplay.
I immediately reported it to them on their Live Chat and they said that they’re going to “compensate” me. They credited £10 to my account but with a x50 wagering requirement.

I have a VIP account manager and he said he doesn’t find anything in the gameplay logs so he’s reported it to ‘tech’.

Three weeks after this happened I tried the game again today at £2 a spin I won the free spins (this is the second time), and the exact same thing happened but this time I took screenshots.

I reported it to them via their Live Chat and they said...

”it’s all to do with luck. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose”.

They refused to compensate me but they’ve reported it to ‘tech’.

Is there anything I can do?

No, nothing you can do because they're a shower of criminals - pirated games: South Park/Dark Knight no longer exist and they offer them.

More and more of these places are targeting gam-stopped players. Why are you playing here if from London? Loads of reputable places you can be playing at - when you play at these places you're just feeding money into some Cypriot/Israeli/Russian/Whatever criminal enterprise basically.

Yeah it’s mysloty.com.

I didn’t know there were casinos like this one - I thought if they had reputable games like the netent ones then it was safe?  I’m relatively new to the casinos so forgive for not knowing.

This is all I got from their live help - I couldn’t quite believe it!

Those 'Netents' could be running at 90%, 50%,10%; you simply don't know. Probably run out of a sewer by some grad students half stoned.

If you win a massive amount on sites like this you're screwed - they won't pay out (well, they will up to certain amounts just to get you back), they'll tell you 'oh we have to speak to the provider to confirm' - then tell you you're not getting paid. And, aside from maybe charging back deposits (not recommended, unless last resort), you have no recourse to get your winnings.

Redbet/Sky Vegas/Bet 365/Novibet/32 Red etc etc: all sites that, as sure as you can be, will provide you with genuine games, no excuses not to pay out etc - loads more, just research.

Hello ,

I 've just read the post from "Danielsondan" and I unfortunately joined this casino 3 weeks ago , too. I couldn't try the withdrawals  cause I didn't win , but I've deposit at least 200 € .

Everything worked fine and I could even play the games from NOVOMATIC.  I had a lot of fun but  to get trapped by a non licenced casinos is shameful . I will try to complain my case , but if the askgambler team could help me in this case I would be happy.

Keep an eye out for CIFAS on your credit file. Obviously if the banks approved it you'll be fine but a pal of mine had a 'protection' marker put on his as a clerical error one time he charged back. (You can have, if your're the victim of fraud, a protection marker put on to stop erroneous applications in your name as well as the 'bad' ones where someone's been suspected of fraud) - just a heads up as he didn't know until he applied for a Mortgage etc. Lord knows how they messed that up, but they did.

Footnote:

Apparently the UKGC don't see out of jurisdiction gambling as an issue at present - there has been talk of potential collaboration between the banks/payment providers and the casinos, linked UKGC licences so that only holders of such will see transactions approved. I imagine the banks, if the chargebacks increase, may pick up on this.

I've heard banks only approve the CB's if, for example, you had a withdrawal not paid out - no 'goods' received' but, if they have paid you, then no.  Some, seemingly are a bit more lax.

Anyone reading this - air on caution with chargebacks as, depending on what you say to the bank, you may get yourself in a spot of hot water as some folk tend to embellish a story.

Yesterday I received a wonderful promo in my mailbox...400% deposit bonus, can play on any game that you want! At first I thought it must be from an RTG casino...but it wasn't. Maybe a Game Tech casino? Nope, it wasn't either. Turns out to be from our naughty Mr Sloty!

I threw the bespectacled guy into the trash bin! 🤣

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum :)

Unfortunately, the aforementioned operator is not reviewed and therefore, present on AskGamblers. Which means you cannot use AGCCS against them. :(
