the casino site casino game

hi all haven't been here for a while but joined a new wee site yous had advertised called casino game.it doesn't have a high rating but as it was only established in 2020 I assume that's why.anyway I deposited nearly 200pounds in 48hours then to my horror when I won a few pounds they dont have a withdraw button only deposit??anybody know why that would be?they are run by jumpman who I dont know much about.any knowledge of any of this would be great.ive NEVER encountered a site with no withdrawl button

Sorry for the late reply, but I think my ISP has just got the COVID-19!!! What? ISPs don't get infected by that blardy Covid virus? Gees...then must be something wrong with my ISP then...it is literally crawling today...very sickly crawling...it's making me sick too...but I know I ain't got the virus! 😅

Coming back to your issues...every casino must have a deposit and withdrawal button. Some sneaky casinos have a way of 'hiding' the withdrawal button (I got caught by this once), it was not in the casino section where it should be, but was in the sports section where I don't play at all! If there's ever a casino that doesn't have both buttons visible, then you know you have landed into a rogue casino!

Casino Game doesn't have a Live Chat service (I just checked that out in the review section here), and my country is a restricted one, so I cannot visit their website to check things out for you. However, there must always be a way of contacting the casino's support team, either by phone (not always available either), or by their email, or by an onscreen messaging form. Click on the 'Contact Us' button to find one of these. If none available...oh boy...Askgamblers better have a serious look into this casino, because they have accepted Casino Game into their directory. 😛

Nope, I'm not familiar at all with the owner Jumpman Gaming Limited, but they have both UKGC and AGCC licenses, so the casino should be a safe and reliable one, but one can never be certain nowadays!

That's about all that I can advise on mate, unless you've got more info not mentioned above.

thanks afi for the advice and as ALWAYS you were right again.there was a withdrawl button but it wasnt visible. got through and with drew most of it.now 3 hours later tried to log in and error 522 is coming up now? geez I've been with some dodgy sites in 10 years but this one takes the biscuit. I left 100pounds in to play tonight now the site wont even open.you were right seems dodgy as.....

They hold a UKGC License so I doubt very much they are dodgy . The site is displaying an error so I guess the site is down right now. It happens.  In regards to the withdrawal button it will most ceratinly be there. Maybe you should contact [email protected] who may be able to help you in regards to why and how long their website will be down for. 

And just to clear the live chat subect up, as far as I am aware none of the Jumpan casinos have live chat and believe you me there are a LOT of them.  Some will allow instant conversions through FB messeger though so have a look if they are on social media.

As Cocopop has said, the casino's website may be temporarily down or experiencing some technical difficulties...new casinos face this situation all the time...they haven't got their adult teeth yet, hahaha. Anyway, congrats on your withdrawal...and may a next win be with you! 😉

thanks sharon as always all of yous were correct. in all responses.they were down for awhile.idid get through to them by email and they sorted things out quickly for me.thanks all we all bow to your knowledge as I've always done.afi4wins thanks especially you have steered me unknowingly for years through casinos good and bad.

Awww i love this!! Afi is one of our most trusted members, I'm so glad he's getting recognition from another member here for the hard work he's put into this forum for us over the years.
