Hmm this ones long overdue .... 

Ok so I've been playing at Videoslots Casino for a while now and over the course of that time I've started to notice the odd 

thing along the way like how they did away with the loyalty department now everything is "automated" and looks like everyone 

is getting treated like a number now ....no deposit bonuses .... starting to loose the appeal to keep depositing there to be honest which 

is a shame because they have so many games and place runs quite smooth ...fast cashouts etc but its not everything. 

 

Just the Loyalty aspect I think is lacking and the lack of bonuses ....the automatic system doesn't impress me its been changed a few times 

like for example I use to get x amount of spins on dead or alive now its the wheel which has never hit anything significant and I've been playing 

there for ages red , white , gold , and platinum never hit anything need bonuses need loyalty bonuses back get more bang for your buck yeah? .

@RazorX - Well their loyalty system when down the drain when they removed Tickets from news games behind trophies as well as free spins (The replacement jackpot wheel instead)

When Monday Cash race was taken away and replaced by this Clash Spins nonsense.

They closed my account during this changes and this is something I do not regret anymore, but it did hurt a bit in the beginning, now everyone seems to complain about their loyalty, however with that said - No other casino offers a better loyalty with wager free items on than VS.

I use to converse with one of their staff from the loyalty department and give feedback / idea's directly then they did away with loyalty altogether 

traded for this remote pilot model which has slowly become less and less attractive imho : Clash of the spins agreed is nonsense the cash race was 

better i mean what can one do with 5-10 spins maximum they might as well just increase ones weekend booster . 

As far as loyalty goes free items are great but without a proper bonus with wagering lets face it the odds of winning are reduced when things ....aren't "running hot" 

if you know what I mean and that's the real crux of the matter end of the day folks are looking to stretch their deposits see a song and dance for their money these days 

so yeah I guess if things don't change ill start hunting for another roost tbh .

Wager free sounds good in theory but when the spins are in batches of 5 and 10p mainly, they aren't appealing to be honest.

Each to their own obviously, but I'd rather have several 100% offers in a month, with x35-x45 wagering attached, than have a shot at 10p spins in the month (not to cash out but more for game play, taking a chance with higher bets etc)

Coupled with the fact that your chances of winning spins in VS has gone down as numbers have gone up, as well - on a decent week you'd maybe pick up 100 or more spins, now you're lucky to see 25. Battles halved as well as rounders tickets crop up. 

Still not a bad place to play if low rolling i suppose, i just don't see the point in depositing 400 quid a month (or whatever it is to meet 2500XP) to play boring PNG 10p spins. 

They've also ditched a lot of their prize trophy's - winning 4 times in a row etc used to get you spins i think in the past but they've scaled that back as well (stealthily as well)

After consideration I've decided things are not so bad even though the auto pilot model still needs some work ....there are benefits with loyalty progression ...and their the best its why I've remained with them for ....lost count 5 years I think .... and how they use inpay beats having to use an ewallet since mastercard took away their ability to issue cards outside of europe which was absolute bs excuse my french . 

I even spoke with a guy from Mastercard in England won't name him ....but he pretty much said the call by his own company was half assed and wasn't considered properly and even spoke of the losses in terms of profit that resulted . Anyway getting back to VS yeah so I've gotten use to the new system ill take it back what I said earlier i'd rather fast cashouts and a solid place you can trust than some outlandish operation .
