How do i make casino give me chat logs??

To keep this short and sweet i self excluded from stake.com and then brought in to play after i asked them. The only proof i have is in the chat logs because i explained to them i have a gambling addiction problem. In the chat they simply ask me to email [email protected] while i was chatting with them my ip address and username.(later i found out they do this to verify i am the account holder). So then they ban me. Then Later i asked them to let me play and the proceed to do that and i lost $158.34 usd. The only time they fully banned me is after the very next day after they unbanned my i left a review here stating how the abuse there powers and let me play even though i self excluded i have left all screen shot below.  I did try making a complaint here but i guess because i didn't have chat logs was kind of hard for them to move forward.
