Hi Guys , so every time I withdrawal from Bitzstar or Cleopatra I always lost about 4% of the amount if i use MuchBetter App. I try with others casinos and it’s not like that. I check with Muchbetter they said they don’t take any fee. I’ve been asking Live Chat from both casinos and they said they can’t provide any information about this. I emailed to support but  I never got an answer. That’s a lot of money when they took 4%. Can anyone help me out with this ?

@trung2612 - Hi and welcome to Askgamblers

The reason your amount is less, is because they send your winnings in Euro instead of CAD so, when Much Better receives it, it will convert the funds at an exchange rate and obviously they take a fee and give you a balance in CAD.

If Cleopatra sends your winning in CAD currency, you should get the full amount. Hope the below clarifies. Transaction amount is - 1696 Euros. So when much better convert that 1696 euros to CAD, they charge a higher rate than what google represents. Do I make sense?

Same thing is I deposit at a Euro Account casino with my USD account, I pay for 10 euro close to 11.76 USD, mean while 10 euro on Google is 10.87, so its all the conversion of the E-wallet fees. I would suggest rather get a Euro Much better currency account, or Play at Cleopatra in Euro currency account.

Look at this, I won 70 usd at a casino and withdrew to my Skrill which have a ZAR and USD account, I receive 70 USD to my USD balance full amount no problem. But I use ZAR to Cashout or to Deposit at most of my ZAR casinos, so I did a conversion from USD to my ZAR account

See below what I got for 70 usd and what google says 70 usd is worth. That entire 100 zar differce was fees, which is 5 USD in total they took basically.
