Cleopatra Casino left only Bank Transfer for me to withdrawal

Hey Guys. I was Trying to withdrawal by Interac which I normally do at Celeopatra casino but after 1 hours my withdrawal was cancel. I contacted live chat and they say their is technical issues that’s why I can’t do Interac anymore. So only option I have right now is through Bank Transfer which is very slow that’s why I don’t like it much. I don’t know why they lock all the option like Much Better or Neteller and leave me only option is Bank Transfer. I’m from Canada. Anyone has the same problem like me ? ???

Of the other listed options, can you use any of them? Neteller, Skrill, Ecopayz?

if you can you need to make a deposit using one of the greyd out methods, once you do that, you should be able to withdraw to them.

So you need to deposit with any of the greyd- out methods to enable them

Yes ! I can do by Muchbsetter but every time I lost about 4% of the amount. I contacted them and they said they have no idea. And Muchbetter doesn’t take any fee ...

I believe the reason has been answered in your other thread but I am so glad you were able to find a way to fund withdrawal.

It was discussed in another topic that the reason is because of an exchange rate. So if the casino paid you in one currency and it reached your chosen payment method in a different currency then there would be a small discrepency with the amounts.
