Best live support you've had?

So I was just kind of wondering how everyone's experiences are with different casinos' live support. It's convenient for sure, but some casinos are definitely more helpful than others. As an American, I'm a big fan of Jackpot Capital and Club World's support. Really prompt and it doesn't feel like you're talking to a robot LOL.

UM, i am a big fan of the support i receive at Everest Casino. it isn't instant, but i get the answers i need. sometimes if there's a big problem they'll even take the time to comp me or something. really great place and the games are different.

I am liking the help at WizBet myself. really fast and friendly. I mean, sometimes i can even have little conversations with the help. really, really nice.

 

I had a short jaunt with WizBet for a while. I agree with the quality of the support; the damn slots hated me though! :D

I like support when they answer my questions directly and honestly. for example Eurogrand,or 777Dragon and Jackpot City, i am a loyal depositer there and they always deliver supreme support. If you need them, they are there, and that is how it must be i think.....

 

I hate support when they want to sell you something you know, for example Golden Reef casino or 888Casino, As soon as you log in, the chat windows popping up and some chat rep goes on and on about bonus offers and i get the feeling then i am being pushed into depositing, know what i mean. If i want to deposit, then i will contact chat and ask what the possibility's are and not the other way around........:angry:

I've had many brilliant live support experiences and also some 'great' bad ones too.

 

Some of my favourite Live Support experiences are at Redbet, Guts Casino and I have to give Mr Green a mention. Although he never used to have a live help facility which I used to think was a major flaw with the site, now I believe they have come back with a massive bang! Massive thumbs up to Mr green

A fantastic old thread revived ! :good: I like to add all Winner Group / Redfinger casino's to this thread. Their live support is fast, professional and honest. They do what they promise, as I've experienced. Also Unibet deserves a spot in here, live support is bit hard to find the first time, but also high quality customer service.
