Well I guess you must be one of the lucky ones to win that 50 - 100 spins dude. Maybe 1 - 250? I normally win 10 - 20 spins on an occasion, not recently tho. Casinos hardly give any freebies these days.

I think once you enter the wheel thats predetermined, similar like a bonus game in a slot.

No the spins/winnings of the spins arent suspect to any wagering req. - the wins are cash.

 

But to attain them there are different requirments. One of the possible ones is that you have to wager x amount on x slot beforehand (usually 10x the equivalent of what the spins will be worth).
