ukslotboss
I made a withdrawal on the 19th February at 5.15 pm U.K time ,I had already had the account verified so verification wasn't an issue . My main concern is that the winnings is still showing in pending .The usual time scale it states on their terms and conditions is 24- 48 hours .Ive contacted live help and also by email to be told that on one email as its over £1000 it needs careful checking and takes a day or 2 longer,on another it may be cause their finance team may have a workload to deal with , but now im getting worried and suspicious of them withholding my winnings .Is this normal practice please .As one email says they dont deal with withdrawals on a Friday ,but their t&cs says they do ,and also an email says they do . Can anyone advise me what to do please ,thank you

pinnit2015
Are you from the UK? They don't have a UK Licence if you are and you're on a bit of a sticky wicket in that respect, if so. Aside from that - never heard of a place not paying on a Friday and those delays just smell of stalling tactics if I'm honest.

Yes I am in the U.K ,thank you for your reply , so is it likely they can get away with not paying me if no U.K licence please ?

Well it's not always the case (3 Dice still let you play from the UK I think and they don't have one, but thats due to the players already being members prior to the new rules) BUT if they're willing to ignore the need for a licence here and accept folk they shouldn't be, it naturally leads on to the conclusion 'well they don't care about that, they probably don't care about other things - aka paying folk' You're operating with a casino who has basically no regulation - in this case Curacao and quite frankly they can just decide to not pay you and you have very little recourse than if they had a UK Licence (no guarantee obviously) You can complain to the regulator but they don't do anything. Curiosity - why pick a casino like this? If from the UK you literally have dozens and dozens of well regulated establishments - you need to go out of your way to find that casino

pinnit2015
May still get it but wouldn't hold out hope. Check UK reviews (Novibet/Leo Vegas/Sky Vegas) are just some examples of casino's who won't mess you about. Just a learning curve - you're putting ur cash into these places so do your due diligence before you do so - same as you'd shop around for the best deals - do the same with casinos.
