  1. I've sent Bovada three emails now over 3 weeks of pictures of my face while holding my ID to get them to verify my account, and every single time I go to the support chat they ask me to send a new one. I've made sure it was the right email I'm sending to. I know an agent added a typo to my birthday and they won't tell me what it is or how to fix it, so they can't use that as a security question. I did put my husband's name as the account name because I thought it was asking for who referred me and I got confused, but I sent a photo of him holding his ID as well. One of the supervisors finally let me withdraw all my money, but he closed the account again too fast and I didn't get to finalize the withdrawal. It feels like they're trying to keep my money and are ignoring my verification photos. They said they'd call me on the phone twice to verify and never did either time. My email is <removed?
  2. Hiya guys, this is a subject both me and valleys could do with some help on. He doesn't had a drivers licence or a passport at the moment, so when he started playing at casinos and wanted to withdraw we realised he needed identification, so I went online for him (I do everything for him btw lol) and looked for official forms of ID and the only one that is approved and issued by the UK government is called a CitizenCard and its a cost of £36 I think (for a quick special delivery). If you don't have a passport or drivers licence you have to get like a 'pillar of the community' which must not be a family member to sign your paperwork. They have to be in a very important profession like a policeman, doctor, probation officer etc, and they need to sign that you have provided them with identification of your self and confirm you are your age and the right person. It is then sent for approval and issued. There are clear details on the back of the card which show it is OFFICIAL ID. On the website there is a link for a TV program that was on regarding the awareness of these cards. Apparently there were lots of retailers and security men for pubs and things like that that were refusing to accept the ID, this is apparently down to the fact that not enough people know about the ID. there is a form you can complete if you are ever refused the card and they contact that retailer, but this is of course only for pubs and restaurants, there is no help for if your refused online. Valleys have had a few problems with this card, where some just wont accept it. videoslots is his latest victim. They won't give a reason why they can't accept the card yet their terms and conditions clearly state a firm of ID is a Government Approved ID Card' this is exactly what they provided. He has asked them for an example of the card and what they mean for UK players because we both know that there is no other official card (which isn't a fake)that is issued and approved by the government. He has yet to have a an answer. Aren't they in breach of their terms and conditions if they are going against what they have declared? He isn't bothered about the videoslots account at all but obviously I meant elsewhere on the site that he has recently made a withdrawal for £700 + at a Playtech casino so there is no doubt they will ask for ID....he doesn't want there to be a problem. I have supplied two pictures of the front and back of the card for you to look out I have blurred his face and details. The card is a CITIZEN CARD so you can find the related website through google. I was wondering if Valdes or luciana could possibly dig up a bit of information on this for me as I know you got a lot more resources than us and we feel we are at a dead end with it to be honest. There are loads of casinos that have accepted his ID with no problem at all...so its obviously the official ID that is required........hopefully you can help us I have had to put a funny face and text over his details....it's quite funny and he is soon going to kill me but on a serious note we would be grateful for any information on this matter or if anyone else had had similar problems
  3. Have made first withdrawal from Casumo who have cancelled the withdrawal (no doubt hoping I lose it) and asking for ID which I can just about accept. I have sent a copy of my card and utility bill but they also want passport or driving licence which I have neither. When I emailed them I was told 'you have won enough to buy some new ID' what sort of response is that? And what is the solution? You don't just buy a driving licence or passport, I don't want or need either of those. Any ideas where to go from here?
  4. Most online casinos will request your identification documents to be sent to their support before you can make withdrawal or upon your withdrawal request. In some casinos I had withdrawal without being asked to send my documents in order to verify my identity Next Casino Go Wild Casino Casino Plex
  5. Okay so just before Christmas I had an email from Paf Casino saying they had given me a €20 free bonus which had already been credited to my account. I thought "merry Christmas Cocopop" and went singing all the way to the casino..merry Christmas to MEEE, merry Christmas to MEEE, merry .... Ok ...sorry on with the story.... Anyway put in my details and pressed log in but it just threw me back to their start page, tried again same thing happened, 3rd time same thing. So I thought maybe I had the wrong details so I done a password reset, went through it all tried to log in...yep .. Same thing again. Asked My partner to try it on his laptop same thing. I just assumed they had a problem on their site so I left it a day and tried the next day. Didn't have any luck the next day so I emailed them. Their response to this error was I need to verify my account for some reason...even though they had given me this bonus on an account I've had for ages and deposited on. So anyway I sent my UK DRIVERS LICENCE and a bank statement with my address on that was a few weeks old. I had a response back off them saying my address had been verified but they could not accept my drivers licence. They needed a valid form of government issued ID!!!! What! I sent them my DRIVERS LICENCE which (I added all this in my response) is the only Valid form of identification that is actually ISSUED by the UK GOVERNMENT! There are plenty others that are approved by the UK. Government but only the drivers licences are actually issued by them! Apart from your Passport of course, I mean in the form of an identification card. To cut a long story short (ish) they wouldn't accept my ID. I have two other forms of ID..my passport which is over my mums house because I'm useless and am always loosing it..booking holidays and having to pay £150 emergency passport fee lol and a Citizen Card which is only approved and not issued by the government! I told them...well basically I told them to shove their bonus and account to somewhere the sun don't shine. Lol no I didn't really....I'm never rude I just told them to close me account. I really don't have time for casinos that are obviously not willing to give away something free and run the risk of you withdrawing from it...which in my eyes was exactly what was happening here! Has anyone else had a problem with Paf casino?
  6. Hi, I was just wondering what is the appropriate identification legitimate and honest casinos will ask you to submit in the event of a winnings withdrawal request? I have been asked for a few pieces of ID, which are logical to me; however, I have been asked to submit a copy of BOTH sides of my credit card (in addition to my driver's licence, a utility bill displaying my address, etc.). That mentioned in brackets I do understand, however, BOTH sides of my credit card?? Every minute detail of my credit card (the entire card number, the CVV/CVC, my name, expiry date, issue date, etc.) seems inappropriate & unnecessary, suspicious and very invasive to me. I have not yet sent any ID. Please help. Thank you, Nicole BTW, thank you for this site. It's an indispensable must with online gambling!!
  7. Hey All, Im a frequent player at winner casino with VIP status but I never had much luck despite the £1000’s I have spent in on this casino. However, 3 weeks ago I deposited approximately £2000 without taking any bonus and over 4 days I managed to generate some winnings and now have over 10 pending withdrawals totaling over £30,000. I have sent them notrarized copies of my ID an address since last week yet I still cant see any of my withdrawals being processed. Can anyone advise how I should deal with this matter? Many thanks
