Nah on a more serious note though, even though I don't believe Evolution rig their games or have these magnetic fields I've always said I don't know enough about the game to pass any real judgement and I still find it interesting to read other peoples views about it too. Ah yeah the old tinfoil hat...Not saying it's impossible but,from previous concerns in the past, I'm unaware of any evidence to take forward. If there is it should be taken forward with the regulating body but i doubt we'll see that. 

Well you don't have any proof and the video isn't proof either and considering that I think this topic now serves no purpose as no proof has been supplied.

Similar to a number of questions I have - you have a licensing body who may/may not be responsible in practice for enforcing the conditions of their licences? Or are they pushing that responsibility down to ADR's? If the UKGC are not an ombudsman then what do they do? Draft documents and then as soon as done, walk away and point people to ADR's? Sounds a bit bureaucratic toothlessness to me.
 
I appreciate that the GC cannot take on individual cases but assume they link in with ADR's to see 'common themes'.
 
If punters aren't happy with the ADR/Casino then is the UKGC not the equivalent of a court of appeal?

Hi there and thanks for the kind words. Indeed, it appears that AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service /AGCCS/ turned out to be the last hope for a huge number of UK punters who found themselves into a trouble with a casino. Let alone the fact that we are offering a mediation service which is probably a dozen times faster than any other official ADR... 
 
The reason why I find this whole situation as a 'very very very strange' one is simple actually. The bare facts are as follows: 
 
- it was UKGC who issued the official warning against Cassava accompanied with a solid fine etc etc; 
- Cassava, obviously worried about losing their UKGC licence, started to issue refunds to players who suffered from their weird SE policies till that moment; 
 
Here come the simple, but also logical questions - Who is the authority responsible for monitoring the whole process following the UKGC decision against Cassava? Who could guarantee they are now totally in line with UKGC SE requirements? Who would guarantee affected players were refunded accordingly?...
 
My personal opinion is that no ADR is able to answer the questions above. Then who's the one left?...   

The whole area is an unnecessary mess:
 
1. As far as I know, if you have a UGGC license you will have to refund deposits to those who SE, if under the same licence. Therefore there's no incentive for casinos to take this money is they're going to have to refund it? 
 
2. The checks get carried out at withdrawal stage - why not make it a front and not end process? Cross matching data is simple to do and they do it at the end - L&L casinos do it at registration and it takes minutes.
 
3. Addicts need 'tools' such as SE but that doesn't absolve the individuals of any personal responsibility. Eg - all the refunds coming from 888, i imagine a large chunk of that will be going into another operator. At some point an alcoholic is going to have to walk past a pub and not go in drinking- that's based on him dealing with his problem, not the bar staff chucking him out on entry. 

Well Gambledor, I watched your video, I read the notes included in the video, but honestly speaking, I really don't know what to say. I don't play poker at any online casinos, but I do know that any sort of additional software used to play any games are prohibited at all casinos.
 
In your instance, the casino is accusing you of using these softwares, and there's no way of knowing whether what they are accusing you of using are true or not. This is something beyond me to answer.
 
The only possible logical reason that I can think of...is that someone else, probably a hacker, is interfering with your account and gameplay, causing all sorts of 'unexpected' scripts in your gameplay records...thereby making the casino think that you are using external softwares. It's just a wild guess, but it is a possibility.
 
I have seen and read so so many complaints on 888/Cassava casinos, and I myself have avoided from playing at any of their casinos for many years. Perhaps others should do the same too! There are many other better casinos to play at...it just need some browsing into Askgamblers casino reviews here to find which casinos would suit best. 

Well, if you ask me, I wouldn't even bother playing if I see these kinda terms. It needs some more explaination indeed but then again, I wouldn't take the risk of losing my money. I really liked this casino but I changed my mind after reading this term. Greed is never good, neither for us players or the casino.

The house edge isn't enough for these casinos that they feel the need to impose more and more restrictive terms in their favour.

hi  xleps81  yes for sports bets I also find bet365 very good also they give you free bets on football matches, horses, etc but most of the big bookies are all pretty good really vc bet, paddy power,stan james, sky bet, etc, depends what your looking for really allways found them very fair over the years.

This is a kinda topic that has no end/ bottomless pit. I believe all casino games are designed in the advantage of the house, the games are not perfect to us but yet they are to the casinos. The thing is that all the aforementioned brands, including Betway and Spin Palace, are currently holding a terrible AGCCS stats of at least 5+ unresolved complaints since the beginning of 2017. Hope you would agree that's not the behaviour we should encourage in any casino brand, let alone speaking about well established and once reputable brands...

I've left this stew for a while as no agency seemed to give a toss that we as Gamblers got totally scammed and ripped off. Not even the UKGC give a toss! Well As for Alex Leese now working as a consultant for William Hill say's everything you need to know about the online gaming industry!! It's all improperly regulated and all parties are milking it from online gamers.
 
William Hill would be aware of Alex Leese's previous involvment with Smartlive as this was well publicised and given the money involved due dilligence would have picked this up. A more realistic reason for his services would be to do exactly what he did for Smartlive. Render his services to cook the books.

Kasia Swierzewska - she is the accountant who helped move customers deposits into accounts belonging to Proactive Technologies LTD a company registered in Bulgaria (and the CEO was also guess who Alex) and the location of their former Customer Support Office. She now works for Intrepid London Ltd as a Management Accountant again a 'trust' position. 
 
I hope she and all those involved walk around in shame for eternity.
