slotamba/winscore are thieves once again... was doing 10c spins on ZeusvsHades.. balance drops to 0.04, then shortly later winscore decides to wipe that out without letting me take it to another slot to finish it off myself or try get a win with it. this is thievery. they rob players of a chance to win big on their last bet for example doing a 4c spin on book of dead and getting 5OAK would pay 200eur. I actually forgot that they do this and afte the 100 spin autoplay finished had the 0.04 left and was about to take it to Book of Dead...
but then the popup message ended that chance.

if the 20K win had not happened then Afi would have still stayed on Roman Legion doing those non contest spins at 0.10 per spin. until his 103eur balance went to zero, and who knows maybe at some point he would have said ok let's give it a few more spins on some pragmatic slot with the remaining balance. everything changed with the 20K miracle win.

would have been interesting if Afi was really close to finishing the wagering of that bonus and that error of making a 100eur spin happened on a Gamomat slot, then in that cause he would contact support asap and ask them what to do about it. but since he wasn't close to finishing wagering it made more sense to then use the 20K to have a real go at the big xbet win on pragmatics.
in such cases where a player breaks the max bet rule, first of all a casino should have systems built in to prevent a player from making a bet larger than whatever the max bet is with wagering. a popup should show up and say the bet you are trying to do is over the max bet so we have stopped you from making such a spin or we lowered your bet down to the max possible during bonus wagering. but if you break the rule and contact the casino they can in some cases fix the situation and allow you to continue wagering maybe adjust the balance and change the bonus wagering remaining.
