It's 472x the bet amount to be more precise mate, just short of 500x, but a marvelous win no doubt. 

I am also confused by mBTC conversion but that win was around $1750 US on a $3.50 bet. Diamonds are the highest. A video would be better...lots of sparkle, flashes, and sound affects go along with that win. So around a 500x payout.

In my personal experience, payout FAST isn't truly an option within the US - so I will answer your question within the context of what I have experienced. Good point! Well it says processing time 15 minutes for bitcoin and I forget how long for visa fast funds, maybe it says 3-5 days but not sure. However in reality (which you fund out once you click submit) its 72 hours to review it plus 15 minutes to process it once the review is finished. 
 
The good news is they (slots.lv) just paid me today so total processing time for bitcoin was 5 days. 
 
I am overall happy with this casino now, since they have come through in the end for the second time, and this time no hassle, no back and forth emails, just a 5 day wait and the money was released. I didn't ask for status since that leads to endless emails leading no where so patiently waiting was a better solution, and it worked. No idea how long it may have taken for visa fast funds, since this was done by bitcoin. 

That's such a shame DOA sure is a great game. But there are plenty of other fantastic games too so all is not lost yet!

Now that's a pity! Sincerely hope one day fellow US players could forget about that terrible UIGEA and enjoy a play without all these stupid and senseless limitations...

Believe me, both me and my team would be happy if Bovada finally starts to pay on time as we have been literally flooded with complaints against them and they ultra slow payments over the last several months...
