      Same happened to me but from Party Casino but mine was where I was playing with the bonus plus my own money and had a wagger of £1000 in 5 days and it took them 4 days to fix so only have 19 hours to play with whats left plus the £1.20 spin they gave me back. I will also be closing my account and would not play on Bruce Lee slots ever again!!

      I added a little more to the post before about what I did to try and resolve the matter, but this was 3 days ago and the person who I spoke to said it should be resolved within 24 hours. I told them about the expiry on the money and they said it should be fixed by then but looks like it not. Who do I put the complain to? And how to I do it? Thanks

      The same as what happens to luckyloser when I get onto the bonus spin it freezes, I come off and go back on and it says "You have 1 or more unfinished games. One unfinished game will open each time you re-login." and it seems to just reload the same spin with the bonus and freezes. I had excepted the 100% bonus from the Party Casino website where you only have 5 days to play 20 times the amount which is £50*20= £1000 but I only played with the Bruce Lee slots from day 1 where the problem occurred and now only have 2 days to play with the money left and bonus (which I guess they should do something to let me play with once solved). I contacted somebody from the Casino and this is what they said: you will lose your bonus round winnings and we will credit your buy-in amount £37
