I believe there was a take over recently as well, but do not know the full details. Reading your post I still somehow fail to understand, what do you need from us? Sympathy?       Yeah I wrote a review and the Casino Manager responded the next day. I wrote another review and still no feedback on my review, even PM the rep and still no response which was 3 days ago.

      I think you choose your own double-entry GOTM, then out of the 3 games selected games by Sharon, one of those 3 can be chosen for double entries game. Lets say I have moon princess for double entries and then Sharon can choose one for double entries on the chosen 3 games she selected, which in this case could be " Cleo's wishes, Planet Fortune or Universal Monsters. Phantoms Curse". I think that is fair and 2 double entries games should be enough instead of 3.

      So I claimed bonus and completed wagering. I verified my account in less than 24 hours. Its been since the 31st that my withdrawal is pending. Account has been verified on the 1st of Feb, but there withdrawal policy says e-wallets up to 48 hours. Its been 5 days and my withdrawal is still pending. I eventually cancelled my withdrawal now and continued playing. Shocking to think the rep still left me message saying my withdrawal will be processed. They saying they doing extra security checks, but 5 days? Come'on Anyone else have good experiences and tested their withdrawals?

      I can collect them and play them all at once during my wagering - I believe that is right. My intentions was not to use bonus money to collect free spins/ Bonuses and then when My bonus/wagering falls away play them to earn them as real cash.

      Well they credited my funds in terms of Bonus money and reinstated my wagering to where I left it off. My point was I did not want to collect bonuses and let my wagering fall away and then play them to be added as real cash, I wanted it to be added as bonus funds to continue wagering. Right now , my wagering is the same and I collected almost $100 with those 6 bonuses. Payouts were poor though.

      My Fellow AG members, I have a question. I claimed a welcome offer from Spinit Casino - After a shortwhile my balance went up to almost 70 euros and started collected bonuses as I have 400 euro wagering. So basically everytime I entered bonus round/ Free spins on a slot I left the slot and made a note of it. I collected around 6 bonuses with Decent bets and my balance went below 1 euro and I decided to play the bonuses. After My first win on Planet fortune I won 16 euro, the 16 euro win was not credited and my balance was zero went I went to my account. Now I spoke to support and they will forward it to the relevant department for investigation. Now I kinda know that because my balance went below 1 euro the bonus did fall away. Now I did not continue my saved bonus/free spins and I asked them to reinstate my bonus until where I left it with 166 euro left to wager. I am not sure what to expect, and should I just keep my current bonus rounds and wait for feedback? What will happen? Would I lose the bonus rounds since the bonus and wager is not on my account anymore? I am worried, because I know I would definitely have completed wagering should these bonus rounds pay well.
