Guts - once great, now average. The withdrawal times are so all over the place, requesting KYC again, Chat Support being pitiful. 
Butlers Bingo - old MG site with rubbish pending periods but they've been good to me in the past in terms of VIP/Immortal Wins. No reason other than my love affair with MG has all but vanished.
Pink Casino - don't know why i signed up and hardly ever deposit but lack of games and poor processing times etc may no need for any cash in them
Leo Vegas - I like them, I've had big wins, they pay fast, their support is good but i'm on the fence with them primarily because loyalty schemes are a perk for me and quite frankly they have none. Offers dried up, their chat support refuse to move from script. I'll see if they step it up again. Non Sticky bonus.
 
Personally I don't take up bonus offers much any more. Only if it's a Leo or Betat bonus offer. Once you pick a bonus you're opening yourself up to irregular patterns etc and quite frankly i can't be bothered with it.

It would be good if maybe some casino rep's could chip in with their 5c over the rationale of 'pending' periods. When i started out online gambling I'm pretty sure the ability to reverse didn't really exist. I've heard some ridculous reasons for it - Butlers Bingo told me it's in response to player demand for it. Which is garbage. Another told me it was to perform checks prior to pay out - you can do that without a pending period.
 
Videoslots pay me in about 3 minutes - maybe Dan @VS could shed light on how they can accept the withdrawal, validate it and get it into my account in the time it takes for eggs to boil, whereas others require 3 days? Business model, delaying tactics, revenue...who knows

Even if someone here knew Ally McBeal i doubt you'd have much luck given the non existent licensing regime. If you've been waiting since September it's highly unlikely you're getting anything. 
 
For some of these operators it doesn't matter if you've not breached T's and C's - if they don't want to pay you, they won't. And there's very little you can do about it. 
 
IF they are indeed a rogue the only way to stop these less than scrupulous casino's is to cut off the money to them. Sadly though, players are always going to take a chance based on their 4000 % bonus offers. And so the cycle continues 

To be honest I can't be bothered with the effort of it all - blockchains, mining...I withdrew from Sky Vegas and it was back in my card within 20 minutes. Which i will then use to buy a Sono's speaker later. If it had been a bitcoin win would I have the cash in my hand to buy said speaker in the next 20 minutes? Doubtful.

Bitcoins future will depend on whether it will be regulated. Right now it's just a commodity and until I can walk into Tesco's and the local shop and pay with it, that's all it'll be. It needs to be exchanged for cash to buy (most) things and until that changes then, well...
 
However, I couldn't write it off just yet and bartering always changes throughout time. 

I doubt there's anything you can do legally - it's a progression bar, not actual funds that you had in your account. Same thing happened to me at a casino whereby i lost my Immortal Romance progress in LeoVegas - i complained as would need to go through it again and they fired me 50 quid. However, that was goodwill as i never really lost anything.

You could simply ask the casino for any goodwill gesture but that'll be at their discretion as you haven't lost anything (you could say you lost the opportunity but that's a bit tenuous)
 
However...if it was Gemix and you had 100 quid world bonus for example, I could see how you would have a better case. 
 
As for stealing invested time...the flip is opposite - maybe in pulling it they've saved you money
