Bit of sympathy for casinos regarding this but between them trying to cover selves and a completely clueless regulator in the UKGC (who incidentally have not replied to any of my letters - maybe I’ll get their attention by declaring I’m a successful money launderer and asking is that Ok) it’s like KYC was a walk in the park.

I'll be honest and say that i watched at the start but, if they were doing it again , I'd cut it back from a month long as it's a bit long and humans (well, me) have short attention spans

Wish I could disagree with at least a single word of your posts, but cannot since you pretty much described the harsh reality in your typical straightforward, but fair and honest style...  
 
Still kinda frustrated when so many UK punters are citing the name of the aforementioned regulator as if it's some 'messiah' you know.  For what is worth, approximately a third of the AGCCS users last year were UK players and we managed to help the majority of them recover close to a million pounds of delayed and/or unfairly confiscated payments. So much with the vastly promoted ADR efficiency...  

Incidentally I’d only imagine them being able to issue any legal action if said places has some form of establishment/assets in the UK. But as that won’t be the case there’s little recourse unless you’ve got the equivalent of a double taxation treaty in place.

Quite frankly I’m surprised even some of their approved casinos have been given a licence. Some of the terms are vague at best. But they don’t seem to care - pay the fee and on you go. Even once in a while we will dish out a fine to remind people we exist.

I already have, along with another issue that has gone unanswered thus far. It’ll have been reported by others in the past anyhow.

This is or was standard practice across all Alpha sites. What ‘Emma Yorke’ Is saying is absolute BS. They breach licensing, they breach advertising standards all in targeting UK players.
