The mastercard withdrawal thing is weird - I don't know if it's something to do with when the card was issued etc, or who the casino use to process? Eg - Leo Vegas used to tell me - needs to be bank withdrawal But 30 minutes later I'd withdraw from Casumo and it'd be back on the card.

What i don't get is that it's perfectly acceptable to play a game like Bonanza that can, and does, go 2000 spins without a bonus but buying one is somehow encouraging chasing? If anyone at the UKGC has played a game they'll know once your're at 500 without a bonus the chances are you're carrying on.- 111 replies

All in anticipation of the real thrill stopper....2 quid max bet. Though i'm not sure it'll happen - imagine casinos, if the UK is profitable, looking at legal action. Plus, Land based are 5 no? Either way....they've got the thirst for it now that FOBT's have been curtailed. Careful who you let into the Hen House.- 111 replies

Suppose regulators look to regulators....even if not, may providers will not want to put in anymore incase it gets the ban hammer...not sure how much effort it is in segregating the two versions across different countries but might just think '2 much hassle' Most Blueprint's are unplayable without them - there's a new Netent with some insane bonus buy atm - Serengeto Kings?- 111 replies

The Secret Underworld Of Vegas Gambling | Cheating Vegas

Could probably run one with the 'Of Malta' and there'd be a few good stories in there. Russian Oligarch's, Sicilian mafia etc. Be a good read. -

That was a thread that would make you give up gambling forever if it happened to you Didn't hear anything back - maybe the OP is saving up for the lawyer fees - trying to track the casino down to a shanty town in Curacao may have been an issue. -

Here's the difference: i've seen personally, or read, people winnings local jackpots at good casinos - 110k? Paid after verified in a week 4.50 double wildlines on DOA? - 100k withdrawal plus? Heard it being paid within 4 hours. The difference - they're good casinos, in the main. No fuss, no hassle, pay the piper what he won. If i ever won a large amount at some of these places I'd not be sleeping for a week - if I won it at Hyper Casino etc, I'd sleep like a baby. -

It's completely mad...when did we get to the point where, when winning some massive amounts, the mind turns to 'Uh-oh, what term and condition will they try and ***** me with ', rather than waheyyy! Having said that, i don't know the brand you're playing with but they are Curacao? Severely limited in choice Not much use to you but what i will say is that from the casino's i use I'd be very surprised to see them do this (Can't trust 100% obviously). Ok, I'll name one - I'd bet my house that an L&L casino would not get involved in this type of thing (though, as shown by Betat, things change!) Don't know if it's still the case but i know Trada, allowed you a second chance if you breached max bet etc, as long as you contacted them etc. I don't know the brand your're talking about but this is my fear for an over regulated UK market - people being forced to play at places when there's far better operators out there - and, if what you say is true and to the mark, they're dodgy. -

I thought this was already in place? I know BTG have removed the Buy Feature for theirs? TBH if you're gonna do that then the 'progressive' ones like Holy Diver should be shelved as well I didn't use it a lot - only game was White Rabbit where i used to buy a few quid bonus's before i withdrew: to be honest you'd have spent more getting the bonus!- 111 replies

You get a Regulator and you are purposely HOLDING back and not disclosing information to them, somethings not right. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, don't be surprised to find it's a duck. Sad end to, what i believed, was an excellent casino back in the day *UK wise - if it wasn't for those pesky kids at the UKGC and Brexit*

More details re Maxent: https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/news-action-and-statistics/news/lessons-from-maxent-limiteds-licence-revocation-change-of-corporate-control-and-source-of-funds-concerns You don't need to be a rocket scientist to read into what's been said No doubt the rep will wishy wash it all away as they have done before. Nothing to hide? After the provision of this further material, evidence of source of funds remained outstanding. Course not. But yeah, it's Brexit's fault apparently

Doesn't sound like a very empowered VIP manager! You can see some reps on forums holding more sway..... And here's me thinking the finance team merely execute the decisions of upper management....tsk! -

Didn't say it definitely didn't exist but questioned how legal it would be in a world on GDPR, especially given that not every chargeback is fraudulent In the UK we had a construction company found guilty of maintaining a list of people in the Trades Union as 'troublemakers' and they were found guilty of x,y,z as passing it to other companies - don't see how this list is any different. Per Privacy Notice, entitled to share information with fraud authorities but certainly, from what i've seen, not casino to casino. Plus, certainly not out with the EU. Sharing within the group is fine though but with other casinos?...HMMMMMM If someone can tell me which shadowy organisation maintains it i'd like to run it by the ICO for clarification. Scope of DPA is quite large so not saying it's impossible but, putting folk on an arbitrary list which isn;t mentioned in any PN's or simply includes folk who have successfully had chargebacks upheld for legitimate reasons, sounds decidely iffy. -

Funnily enough this 'oh, this isn't your card' is normally only flagged at withdrawal stage. Must be a simple bit of code, or agree with payment providers etc, to put something in that agrees the casino a/c holder name to the card name - some online sites do this but tbh a alot will allow you to use another persons card on your account. When i'd mine used it was in the name of a different user (Bad Pokerstars) -
Yeah that was 2017 and there's a lack of follow-up on it. but it probably made a pretty presentation...having working in local government it's not a surprise that non governmental bodies are a tad lax at getting round to things, but the intention was there... What probably hit them was the though 'damn, who's gonna police these 2million pages of terms and conditions' But hey, they banned credit cards so that solves it all.

More chance of a 2000x plus on Bonanza I like Sweet Alchemy/reactoonz.....that's about as good as it gets.....

If you've ever read, and i'm sad as i do, all the various data breaches.....the sophistication is in their simplicity: generic logins, people clicking on 'DPD Delivery Docket': basically, standard human error. There's a reason why, when places like the ICO etc issue guidance it reads quite patronisingly - because that's how the majority of these occur. I think the fact the OP is questioning the 'friends' is a good indication of their gut feeling -

If our online RTP drops even further (90% UK is the minimum?), you'd be better playing in land tho One of the biggest benefits to casinos online has been the attraction of 'new' groups - typically, women for example wouldn't have frequented Land Based; now the casino's have attracted that new market; same for folk who may not have the means/health to attend Land Based - so yep, it's good that the markets been opened up to groups of folk who wouldn't have enjoyed the thrill of a full board of Raging Rhino's.... -
