Having not touched any slot for over a fortnight, decided to play some last night. I guess you are referring more specifically to no-deposit free spins given by a casino, but also including any free spins given for a deposit, in which case, I too cannot recall what my biggest win was. However, I did manage to withdraw $100 from them at one time, the max amount allowed for withdrawal, but the actual winning amount must have been a little more than that.
As for no max cashout free spins, I didn't get many of such offers and I have never won anything from them either.
