      Hello again ValDes! I think that our "official statement" is 24 hours to process the payments, however in reality, it goes much faster. Again, official statement always prevails Yes, each software provider comes with its own list of non-awailable countries, that is why you were not able to play Playtech on our casino nor other casinos out there.

      Hi ValDes! Thank you for your feedback. And yes, I think we should clarify this term a bit more as it could be misinterpreted. What this means that the processing time could be longer if we need to request your documents to verify your identity. This is standard across all regulated and serious casinos (and dodgy ones will take forever or look for an excuse not to pay out). At some point, we are required to verify your identity and then we will request your ID, and utility bills. Sometimes this process can take few days as the players might not respond very promptly, or it also happens that we receive ineligible documents because the picture is blurry. Add weekend in the middle of this process and yes, in some cases it might take 5 days for the processing and for the money to arrive to your bank. However, this is far from the norm. We are working as fast as we can and the money is in your account within 24 hours, sometimes within 4 hours, it all depends on the queue of withdrawal requests and the time of day the withdrawal request was made. I hope that this helps explain the terms that you are questioning. TGIF!!!

      Dammit! We are almost there! The iOS version has not been released yet, the tech team is having final overview of it and I am hoping they will release the mobile iOS version any day now. So, it is almost here but not here today. I am guessing that next week it will be online, but don't lynch me if it is not there yet.
