  3. Actually no coco. The casino never resisted. They handled it professionally and without hesitation George fixed this issue. If they would have shown any sign of resistance, I would have used a different tone. It all worked out perfectly.

  5. Like many of us, we all experience different things. Good and bad. We have had amazing service and pathetic as well! I have personally dealt with so many that I lost count... After Two years only two casinos have earned this medal from me. It is very difficult to award a casino for going above and beyond their call of duty. We have all had miserable experiences so that when a casino pays us in an hour we Are ready to celebrate. But reality is casinos should pay in an hour. They should not be rewarded for that nor should they be rewarded for giving us a bonus. It's expected. I hope others on this forum can remember an event that merits this award.

Sometimes, I will send out an email to 20 different emails at the same time, telling them that they are the only casino that did not give me free $25 today, usually I'll end up getting four or five of them giving me something even if I haven't played there in a month, it's all a game mate.   7. I announce that another cAsino has been given the most prestigious award possible.. On August 25th I made a deposit of 60 is dollars and received a 125% bonus from LUCKYSTAR casino which I found on ask gamblers. This was my second minimal deposit at this casino and I was in no way anywhere near VIP status. I received this bonus via email since I had not made a second deposit in weeks after losing. I went to chat and he told me that there is a max cash of 10x bonus received! 750 I expressed my thoughts and without hesitation GEORGE from support went beyond and above his call of duty and after making me wait on the chat while he spoke with management and finance the bonuses was cleared of all restrictions. The account was verified in less than an hour and on August 28 I received all my money to my visa. A medal well deserved.

  9. Now I got another prob!! Another casino gave me 25 bucks gift for absolutely no reason. At 11:30pm I lost it to a balance of 4 cents. I decided to make a 25 dollar deposit afterward to be fair and just pass some time. I reached 500 I cashed.   11. The 32 red experience is in the past. I have completely washed my hands from that nightmare and prefer to move forward as I have been doing. The email that they sent me for the 125% never said 10x win and when my balance was 950 which was about 10x, another earlier chat was done and he told mE ITS ALL MINE. I MUST repeat.... Not one time did they offer resistance and never disrespected me. Hopefully I get my money today.
  12. I must repeat for clarification. Things we expect from a casino, honesty, bonuses, freebies, fast withdrawals, excellence in customer service should not merit this award. This award should be given by a player who has experienced a moment that a casino or its representative went above and beyond their call of duty.

This is one of those "too good to be true" casinos, and I have played almost all of them, it's very rare that I find one that automatically reaches the top 10 for me, usually there's always a problem with the new casinos, I won't get into that, but so far this place, has met my expectations and the soon as the money hits my Visa card, they will be a part of my hand-picked group of casinos, and in a way I feel bad for them, I am currently at a 5000% return to player and it will just keep rising lol

When I told queen Vegas I am going to file a complaint i got an email within an hour from the so called manager who fixed the problem in 2 minutes.

  18. Good casinos but that does not deserve a MEDAL OF HONOUR .... All that is expected. This medal should be for a specific act that went above the casinos call of duty. On another forum I read that a casino not only excluded a suicidle player after some of his emails to them, an employee literally telephoned his family and helped this person get his life back together! That's deserving of a medal of honour.
  19. Big providers don't need to rig anything. Netent makes 5% on each spin in the long run. Billion a day wagers equals 50 million bucks. Less fees and casino rake....   20. We have all had amazing experiences with casinos. Some have gone beyond their call of duty and done things for us that many other casinos would not do. From a free bonus to a barrage of free spins to a happy birthday gift and VIP treatment and fixing any issue that we have had. But once in a while any given casino goes above their call of duty and does something that is just surreal. I have had many casinos do magic for me as have u, but without a doubt this action by this casino deserves the Highest honour(USA military award) for something that happened in 2014....I'll never forget it.   23. I asked for withdrawal 1am my time EST CANADA. ON a weekend..... So..... They say 24-48 to process. So I assume it should be processed by Monday or Tuesday latest. Meaning visa sees it 48-72 after processing. So...... By Thursday or Friday I should get. Now another problem.... I left 200 In account and I am winning again! Close to 1k balance again!! They have a max 3k per week and 6k per month limit. Hmmmmm not good.
