With my beloved Play'N Go releasing rubbish new slots such as Wild Frames for example, decided it's about time to test some other providers. Like Elk ... Like their latest release called Ice Wolf...
The game itself and the winning concept are pretty interesting to say the least. And despite the so many dead spins and obvious mid- to high-variance I find it very attractive and even addictive.

This is what happens when you watch 24/7 'Johnny Smashing KOI and Starburst' YT channel... Admit it, dear! 🤣

    Bit unfair.
We know Johnny deposits 10, single spin 10 and then,
    Boom
    Mortgage paid.

    Hi @Amrendra Kumar,
Your case has just been approved and processed by the AG Complaints Team.
Link here - Stake Casino - Requesting for help
Strongly encourage you to limit further forum discussion on the matter and focus on cooperating as much as possible on your AGCCS case.
    Thanks and good luck.

    What's the casino?
They're basically trying to cap your cash deposit? That's nonsense.
Terms are such, from what you've quoted, that it's only if you dip into the bonus funds that are capped x10. The cancelling of the withdrawal, from limited info, is irrelevant.
I depo 50, matched 50 = 100: Get up to 500, withdraw 450. If, and have done, cancelled that withdrawal and get up to 2k, I get the 2k - because bonus funds haven't been touched.
Providing you didn't dip into then NONE of your winnings resulted from the bonus, ergo, x10 doesn't apply.

If the OP lost the 50 and played with the Cashback bonus then that certainly changes the nature of the complaint as the narrative here has been built on bonus’s being dropped into the account

    Hey there,
Have just reviewed the rejected case you are referring to. It appears that the information stated in your complaint is probably a hundredth of what's you have already posted in the forum which is  really a blatant demonstration of disrespect to our complaints service and team. Anyway, considering this as a mistake made by a new AG member who's not yet in aware of how things work here or who simply cut reading AGCCS Guidelines apparently.
Strongly encourage you to limit your forum comments and focus instead on building a strong AGCCS case, containing ALL the relevant facts, details and of course, proofs, that could help the AskGamblers Complaints Team in identifying the issue and finding the best way to help you further.  More info of what you are expected to provide has been clearly stated with the rejection message which you obviously have already received.
    Good luck! :

But Education's key to this - why not ban the following:
McDonald's - leads to obesity, diabetes and heart conditions: life ruined
    Alcohol - above
And everything else that's potentially harmful
Football clubs being sponsored by gambling companies have come under fire in recent years - predominately the Guardian - but there are rules such as them not being being allowed to sponsor youth replica shirts etc. The key is the word 'targeting'
You have ***** education before you hit 16/17 in schools - you don't just go 'oh, wait until they're 16 and then address it' - well, they did that, and funnily enough that approach fails. Same with alcohol - kids in France learn, and drink, before the legal age and there's less of a drink problem there than there is in the USA/UK with ages of 18/21.
If we want to argue contributory factors to kids looking at gambling then it's not 32 Red Sponsoring a football team etc - it's social gambling that's probably a bigger factor: facebook etc.
As a parent myself i owe it to my kid to be on the watch for stuff like this - not to simply outsource the monitoring of such to the Advertising Standards Agency.
But yes, there's responsibilities on both sides
You can't wander through life 'protecting' kids from possible harms - it's simply impossible, you'd be as well sticking them in a giant bubble. Worst of all it doesn't help them IMO.

I have to admit, VaIDes has quite some patience. I read through the thread but I was very confused- if this has happened several times when a child has played, how come it even happened? I'm surprised to see that you've received refunds in the past on more than one occasion. I also understand that if it's an important amount of money, you want to have your chance of getting a refund (while I still wouldn't expect it) but you need to be patient and follow all the instructions VaIDes has provided you with. Spamming and DM'ing people won't help.

It's not even worth it to compare streamers to any regular players. They negotiate better deals, lower wagering and other stuff based on the fact that they're bringing traffic to the casino. Aside from that, I would just encourage you to take a look at certified Askgamblers casinos, read players reviews and make your opinion based on that.

    Hi @Amrendra Kumar,
Have just reviewed your rejected complaints and hey, it appears that you provided 10 times more information in the forum rather than in your complaints which is ridiculous! 😫
Let me just explain you (again) that by using our complaints system you are expected to provide ALL the relevant information, facts and proofs you might have in your possession and which could help you justify claim/s against the the affected operator.
In other words, you will either provide sufficient information and proofs as requested by the AskGamblers Complaints Team or your complaints will continue to be rejected. It's really simple.
